Our apartments in Audubon are cat-friendly! Residents are limited to two (2) cats per apartment. The pet fee is $300 per pet and $30 pet rent per month per pet.

The security deposit is equal to one months’ rent for approved applicants and two months’ rent for conditionally approved applicants and is fully refundable assuming no account balance and/or damages upon move-out.
